Refunds and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Blue Lotus Transformation, operated by Blue Child Creations. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to providing you with high-quality skincare, wellness products, and services. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most unopened and unused products within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • In its original packaging

  • Unused, unopened, and in resalable condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Note: Due to hygienic and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Opened skincare or wellness products

  • Health and beauty tools that have been used

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

  • Services (see below for service cancellation policy)


2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at bluechildcreations@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your full name and contact information

  • Order number

  • Name of the product(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photographs of the product, if applicable (for damaged or defective items)

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning the product.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  • Return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing bluechildcreations@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


7. Service Refunds and Cancellations

  • Services (e.g., esthetician or wellness services) can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are also non-refundable.
